Managing all aspects of industrial security and compliance, the full-time Top Secret Facility Security Officer will oversee personnel clearances, maintain accountability of sensitive materials, and act as the primary liaison with government security representatives in a remote corporate environment. Key responsibilities: Manage clearance processing and daily operations of security systems for eligibility checks and investigations Prepare and maintain DD254s for classified contracts while ensuring proper safeguarding of classified materials Conduct periodic self-inspections and support formal government security reviews to ensure compliance with security requirements Required qualifications: Must hold an active Top Secret Security Clearance 5+ years of experience in industrial security, personnel security, or classified program management Expert proficiency with DISS, NBIS, eQIP, Scattered Castles, and JPAS/SII Strong understanding of classified contract requirements and DD254 interpretation Experience conducting self-inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
