This company provides RFID safety and security systems, real-time location services, wireless communication solutions, and other technologies used by healthcare facilities across the country.In this role, you will manage multiple customer-facing projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate across internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders to make sure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with expectations.This is a strong opportunity for an early-career Project Manager who enjoys working with multiple teams, solving problems, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping complex projects organized.What You'll DoBuild and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecastsManage several projects that may be in different stages of executionCoordinate activities across internal departments, customers, and external stakeholdersTrack project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and scope changesIdentify potential roadblocks and work with the appropriate teams to resolve themCommunicate project status, priorities, and updates to leadership and stakeholdersMonitor project financials and help prevent or address cost overrunsPrepare and deliver recurring project status reportsEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality expectationsLead project closeout activities and document lessons learnedWhat We're Looking For1 to 2 or more years of project management experienceExperience coordinating projects involving multiple teams and stakeholdersUnderstanding of project management methodologies and best practicesExperience creating project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plansExperience tracking xhyhwjd project status, risks, milestones, and deliverablesStrong organizational and prioritization skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to solve problems, evaluate risks, and adjust project plans as neededAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesAbility to work onsite in Oak Creek, WisconsinNice to HaveBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldPMP certificationExperience in healthcare technology, wireless communications, security systems, RFID, RTLS, or a related industryExperience supporting customer-facing technical projects
