We are looking for a talented Senior Controls Engineer to join our Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems (CDBS) Manufacturing team located in Fletcher, NC. Advanced Automation & Networking: Drive manufacturing innovation by implementing automation technologies and controls networking solutions that enhance machine connectivity, process visibility, and operational efficiency. System Security & Reliability: Strengthen manufacturing operations by developing secure, reliable control systems that protect equipment, data, and production processes from operational and cybersecurity risks. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Apply electrical controls expertise to rapidly diagnose and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and improving overall equipment effectiveness. Manufacturing Optimization: Leverage machine programming, sensor technology, and manufacturing knowledge to improve process capability, product quality, automation performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
